Global talent partners with Bain & Co. Built trusted advisor relationships with newly acquired and existing accounts to identify new opportunities. Led cross functional teams of 4-6 people to design and deliver customised workforce transformation projects to drive business impact. Led sales forecasting, supported development of a sales dashboard to drive improvement metrics. Supported and contributed to development of overall business strategy and identified business process improvements. Managed all RFP requests and submissions and led sales marketing campaigns to grow the existing client portfolio.     - Led ongoing project alongside Bain & Co for a global dairy co-operative. Using the talent assessment insights that built the target commercial operating model, identified necessary data solutions, tools, and talent required to deliver against their future strategy. Over the four year ongoing engagement, continually assessed the commercial teams and executive leaders against the traits and behaviours identified to drive high performance.     - Drove ongoing engagement with a UK restaurant chain delivering a fully-automated process that identified employees at the acquisition stage who could excel across both front and back of house roles. Eliminated need for internal recruiters, increased cross-functional employees from 216 to 1,200

Worked with C-Level supply chain leaders and their teams from some of the world’s largest companies, including Colgate-Palmolive, Schneider-Electric, Burberry and Volvo, to create and deliver leadership development programmes for CSCO’s and their top supply chain executives. Managed and developed the ‘Core Talent’ product tier, created a robust method of reporting service interactions via Salesforce, and secured the company’s largest three year agreement worth £1 million. Led team of 8 account managers to ensure successful Core Talent product delivery across all accounts.

    Key Projects:
    - Designed and delivered an executive leadership development programme for a multinational manufacturing company to equip leaders with the capability and knowledge, aligned against their future strategy, to drive the necessary internal change management to meet customer demands.
    - Designed and delivered a customised L&D programme for both Colgate-Palmolive’s supply chain senior leaders and top talent.
