I have over 15 years of sales experience. My latter career has been dedicated to working with IT focussed startups (security managed services & SaaS) looking to hire their first head or focus on a new region with no local support.
I am used to delivering against multiple objectives so am open to a variety of conversations about how best I can help.
I would say my biggest strengths are creating strategy then training and coaching a team to deliver. I have success turning failing teams around and this is something I am incredibly passionate about, I have added NLP qualifications into my remit to help with this.
I find translating complex products or concepts into something relatable very easy. This allows me to flex my pitch accordingly and gain trust quickly.
I have never personally failed to hit a target - I have sold B2C, B2B at all levels up to C-level international global brands.
I am not looking for projects that involve international travel as I have a small human at home.
