I am a Senior Recruiter with 12 years experience across tech and non-tech roles and 4+ years managing and leading TA teams. I have driven recruitment delivery and strategy initiatives to further the hiring growth across territories and finding the right talent for the business.

I've supported companies through a number of ways, from interview training workshops to recruitment fairs in UK & Europe, D&I and unconscious bias training, owning the recruitment data metrics, ATS benchmarking, salary benchmarking, workday resource planning and supporting with employer branding.
