About me: since 2021 I worked for a Fintech Start-up in Zurich as Marketing Manager, developing the first marketing strategy of the company. I started in the Swiss market before expanding my methodology to the UK subsidiary. In 2022 I got the chance to undertake the role of Product Owner after taking part in the global rebranding which allowed me to collaborate with the whole team. These were my responsibility as Product Owner:

- Connected country managers and IT team by translating business needs into technical tasks; followed up to ensure delivery.
- Product features management: building and structuring epics/features to ease the collaboration within the IT team, testing and accepting results.
- Together with the IT team, we increased the technical SEO from a 40 to a 90 score just in a few weeks, pivoting the website towards a user-friendly approach.
