Designed and launched a new group blood donation program (the BloodGroup /VeriRyhmä) Built a steadily growing registry of 5000+ donor groups Planned, executed and lead the marketing activities and group communications Developed a partnership marketing strategy Negotiated and managed national main partnerships and joint campaigns (like Hengenpelastajaliiga.fi with Mestis) As a project manager, developed a recruitment program "Missing Minorities" for rare African-origin blood donors and spoke at their events Trained nurses in 10 local offices in donor recruitment and partnerships Gave presentations in international conferences (Korea, Denmark, Estonia) Hosted and lectured to student groups visiting the Blood Service Developed processes and tools (new CRM, newsletter tool etc) from marketing to donor and employee rewarding, monitoring and reporting Participated in social media management and visibility (FB, IG, Twitter) Wrote in Red Cross magazine "Avun maailma" Planned and participated in relevant fairs and events

Team Leader and Project Manager. Modernized the annual "Tasaus" ("Equinox Equalisation") fundraising campaign to more efficiently engage the 300 Finnish Evangelical Lutheran congregations and FELM's private donor registry, cutting costs and increasing revenue. Introduced new methods: the monthly giving program "Tasaaja" ("Equaliser"), immaterial gifts (Onnen lahjat) and celebrity spokespersons Grew steadily the income from direct mail letters to private donors. Expanded the registry with new aquisitions. Directed the work of graphic designers and ad agency. Strengthened the fundraising focus of FELM's most popular charity event "Kauneimmat Joululaulut" ("The Most Beautiful Christmas Carols") Organized a material-gathering field trip to Nepal

FELM is the oldest mission and development agency in Finland that helped create the foundations for Namibian independence via education and Martti Ahtisaari's work for peace.
