I have more than 10 years of experience in international companies, working across different functions: Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Marketing and Sales, across many different regions of the world. I have managed high value portfolios in complex organisations by working with and influencing key stakeholders.
Through my different experiences, I have shown myself to be a pro-active and committed leader, developing and driving performance through identifying opportunities within complex and ambiguous situations.
I had the opportunity to define the commercial and marketing strategies for several luxury brands.
I developed and implemented plans to support brands in competitive environment, developing short and medium term approaches to drive growth and profitability.
Within my 7 years at Bacardi, I led the MEA customer marketing function to build the ‘shop window’ of the entire Bacardi portfolio within MEA airports, building effective relationships with Duty Free retailers (Dufry, Heinemann, DFS, DDF).
I also created the foundation of the Supply Chain processes for the entire MEA region. Working closely with the finance team to establish budgets and review forecasts, while building cost-risk analysis to evaluate new product launches in line with the expectations of internal and external stakeholders. I have developed an ability to analyse complex data and identify key issues while explaining them in a clear and concise manner.
I am the holder of a Masters Degree in International Business and International People Management.
