He is highly successful in establishing and building long-term relationships with clients and partners in multiple verticals across Canada, the United States and Europe. Jon has worked with several well respected System Integrators and Management Consulting firms leading complex Enterprise Sales Teams and developing long-term solution roadmaps with clients as a trusted advisor. He has also worked with several smaller firms going through growth and transition phases, building and coaching sales teams, and implementing systems and processes.
Jon also has extensive experience in Leadership Development, working with individuals and teams leveraging a structured coaching methodology. He focuses on relationship based leadership, collaboration skills and enhancing resilience.
He is available to work globally and while remote work is preferable, Jon is available to travel and work at any client location.
