I've trained juniors and worked alongside seniors and company leaders. I've built up startups and scaled a web agency from 5 to 40 in Munich.
I've worked for big clients such as BMW, EON and RedBull. However, I've also crafted many applications for smaller clients.
Today my preferred tech stack, high-level overview, is:
1) Distributed systems aka micro-services
2) RabbitMQ as the event bus for event-driven backend architectures with Redis for caching content where required.
3) Typescript front and back.
4) NodeJS in typescript running on ExpressJS
5) Schemaless database layers and SQL where needed
6) Documentation Driven Development with OpenAPI & AsyncAPI using BOATS and Generate-it for code generation.
7) Frontend in VueJS
8) If required; 1 codebase on the front end wrapped in CapacitorJS for iOS, Android and browser extensions.
9) No preference with the testing library, but, Jest does the job 90% of the time.
10) Unix OS.
I've worked in many frameworks & libraries over the years...
Outside of code, I love the sun, I love people, and I love to surf, hike, explore and travel...
