João is a very competent person with a very high commitment to provide results and fulfill his responsibilities. João is fully embraced in the projects he assumes and goes deeply into the subjects. He has a constant attitude of questioning the rationals behind the decisions and is interested and curious about a wide range of areas of knowledge.
