I've run a family business for ten years, which is now running independently. Prior to this I have supported various voluntary sector organisations to expand their services, working at a senior level to create growth strategies and support my teams to implement the organisation plans.

The statistics from previous positions speak for themselves, as every company I have worked in has increased the client base by over 200% (900% during my contract at the Alzheimer's Society).

Starting a business from scratch, I have gained valuable knowledge on business planning, budget planning, setting business growth strategies, recruitment, team management, marketing, business process analysis.

In addition to the above I have trained in coaching, developing a retrain your brain programme for staff, which I can utilise to maximise the staff potential and increase targets within your company.
