I am an experienced management consultant, working primarily in economics and construction. I've supported clients globally to access funds both internally and via grant or competion funding, through developing robust business cases and strategies. Through my current profession I have suppoted giant organisations with significant transformation projects, working with them to develop their options, select a preferred way forward, develop the programme and monitor and evaluate progress. I have experience in managing multiple stakeholders and suppliers and working to tight timeframes to deliver fantastic solutions to my clients.
