I am an experienced change individual within the Energy Industry, I have mainly worked on technology enabled changes , embedding changing into operational teams, creating and managing business readiness plans.
I work very well with various teams to bring together a cohesive delivery team.
I've also created many frameworks such as SME onboarding, UAT management and Post go live support.

My previous projects have included embedding technology into front and back office teams, field engineers including process and functional changes.
I've also project managed office moves, conferences and a Windows upgrade rollout.

I am a very adaptable and flexible person, my approach to any project is based on lots research and information gathering, networking and planning.
