A major part of my current responsibilities at CGI is developing and executing large-scale project plans. As a result, I have collaborated with cross-functional teams, managed project timelines, assessed risks, and ensured that project deliverables were completed on schedule and within budget while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Additionally, I have responded to bids and developed proposals, which has provided me with the opportunity to improve my communication and negotiation skills.

One of my most significant accomplishments has been leading the tendering process implementation of a new CRM system for a client to ensure we win the bid. This involved coordinating with multiple teams, managing project risks, assumptions, and dependencies, and ensuring the bid was completed on time.

In my previous roles, I have also demonstrated my ability to manage complex projects, deliver high-quality results, and build strong relationships with stakeholders. I have experience working in a variety of industries, including Healthcare, Construction, Geomap Surveying, and Property Development. I also previously developed and implemented a change management plan to ensure the adaption of a new system.
