Hannah in a few words
After 7+ years working in the Product Development industry, in companies like Tommy Hilfiger and most recently Balr, I have been trained and nurtured in my skills to a very high standard while also being exposed to larger and smaller company environments, and also been given the trust of my managers to lead and run with my team to deliver creative and analytical solutions.
As you will see in my CV the main responsibilities that entailed in these roles but as a Product Developer my strengths lie in:
Communications; team-leadership and mentoring more junior members of the team,
Vendor Relationships and Off-Shore Teams; always ensuring constant and timely communication to ensure all members of the supply chain are aware of the critical path and their own responsibility,
Sourcing and Range Planning; working with designers, merchandisers and planners to ensure we are delivering the most commercial and cost effective range possible,
Building Future Strategies; analyzing data on how we can improve vendor performance and internal performance for future collections and creating sourcing strategies from a global perspective,
Sustainability Development and Goals; throughout my career this has been my main driver as a Developer to create more sustainable practices in clothing manufacturing and improving where we can.
As an individual I am very proud and hardworking in any position I am placed, as I am an excellent project manager so organisation of teams, delegation and prioritising tasks come very easily to me so I believe there is a solution to all problems. I love to work independently but also with others and ensure everyone can feel included and listened to while coming together to find solutions!
