With over a decade in the advertising industry, and a whole host of training under my belt, I work with businesses in two ways.

Consultancy
I provide guidance and support on a variety of different aspects including: communications strategy, media planning, customer lifecycle planning, commercial growth, people development, new business and content.

I have worked with a plethora of brands and sectors throughout my career including the BBC, Your Coop, English Heritage, Poundland, Northumbria University and more.

Coaching
I also work as a personal and corporate coach. My coaching work is varied but typically comes in the form of working with individuals and groups. I grow their confidence, help them overcome mental barriers and support them as they evolve through big moments of transition.

Often this looks like supporting those who are on a fast track towards leadership roles, or 'returners', i.e. those who are returning to working environments after parental leave, sabbatical or career breaks.
