I’ve spent the last 5 years working in digital product management, both as an individual contributor and as a product leader. As a individual contributor I supported cross-functional teams defining product strategy, capturing requirements, conducting user research, working with UX & UI designers, getting insights from product analytics, writing user stories, backlog grooming & refinement, running scrum ceremonies and coordinating product launches.

As a product leader I supported a team of product managers, defining structure and product processes, knowledge sharing and best practices, communicating mission and vision, setting objectives and KPIs, supporting strategy and approach and defining role expectations and career progression opportunities.

My passion for technology and sports led me to develop as a side project. It’s an app that enables data driven performance conversations between coaches and players.

I also enjoy spending time with my two young daughters, going to the gym, improving my DIY skills and watching the occasional rugby match.
