Haily in a few words
I’m an Account Director with oodles of energy and enthusiasm and a broad range of experience. I have a proven track record of successfully managing and growing top tier accounts, as well as leading large-scale projects and campaigns across a wide range of sectors and channels, including tech (web/ digital), publishing, loyalty, shopper, experiential, partnerships, POS, sales promotion, FMCG, B2B and B2C.
I'm a client custodian at heart, having nurtured and grown a global portfolio of high-value accounts for many years (some of my clients I am still working with 17 years down the line despite several job moves). With a strong commercial mindset, I'm always on the lookout for growth opportunities within existing accounts and projects, as well as new business.
I'm a natural doer, I love collaborating with diverse and inspiring teams, and I've always been told I keep a cool calm head in even the most stressful of circumstances.
I’m an adaptable self-starter and a comfortable leader. I’m also a true team player and I love getting stuck in at any level, whether that’s managing new business conversations and negotiating contracts with C-Suite, or collaborating on eleventh hour content creation and to-the-wire project launches.
Put simply, I get the job done, I enjoy the process along the way and always ensure I deliver on time and to the highest standard.

I have worked with Haily multiple times over the last ten years. She is a consummate professional who always delivers. She is incredibly skilled at managing all levels of stakeholders and responds well to tight deadlines and high pressured environments.
One of the bigger projects we worked on was delivering an award-winning Loyalty program, which exceeded all expectations and KPIs, something we would not have done without Haily.

Haily is a complete joy to work - she's unflappable, sincere and good fun. A masterclass in relationship management, we managed to launch Telegraph Extra during the pandemic period almost entirely remotely. And, since launch, she's always brimming with ideas to optimise the programme and see what more we could do together outside of Extra. Very much hope to work with Haily again in the future.

I worked with Haily for over 5 years in her capacity as Account Director at Clock, where she managed the account for my team at The Wall Street Journal. Haily was an outstanding partner to our team, bringing professionalism and creativity to every project. She is a proactive problem-solver who is calm under pressure, and I always knew I could rely on her no matter the circumstance. Her experience, dedication, and fresh ideas were invaluable to our collaboration.

Haily and I worked together at whynot! as Account Directors on the HEINEKEN UK account, and I learnt so much from her in that time - seamless campaign management, resolving conflict, commercial acumen, building solid and fruitful client relationship, to name just a few. Haily's knowledge and wisdom were invaluable to not only me but the agency as a whole.
