Greg has a knack for motivating high-performing specialists to come together and deliver under his guidance, while equally at ease as an inquisitive sparring partner with C-suites.
He brings a natural enthusiasm and can-do energy to solving large scale, complex challenges that require steering innovation with mature insight of budgets and requirements, resulting in consistently meeting/exceeding goals and enabling advancement for sponsors and collaborators alike.

Greg was a booster for the team at Cognizant on many levels. He helped grow our team to a balanced and powerful unit. He was a key player in developing and refining our processes and tools. At the same time he was able to safeguard the creative space that is required for innovation projects during high paced project work.
What stands out is Gregs ability to see through noisy and complex situations and to identify what really matters for the project to go forward. Combining that with his outstanding communication skills makes him the best innovation manager one can have on his team.

The most insightful product leader I have had the pleasure to work with. Greg quickly grasped the user problem we were trying to solve and helped steer us in a very profitable direction.
If I were to pick one thing about Greg that helped us the most: he asks the right questions and helps drill down to get the most useful answer, not a perfect answer, the most useful one.
I would recommend him to anyone interested in his services. And I would definitely hire him again.
PS. His experience on projects with Cognizant and others, a really big plus. He’s done some amazing stuff there too.
