• Lead product demos and product overviews for new and existing clients with Account Management and Release Management support
• Elicit requirements from C-Level executive stakeholders and carry the team along on stakeholders requirements
• Prepared and executed product deployment from Ideation to Live
• Manage and maintain product backlog while prioritizing products
• Configured products for new and existing project and product enhancements (Creation of new protocols & test packs).
• Validate the configured testing software prior to release.
• Manage and prioritize product KPIs and metrics
• Prepared documentation for Post-implementation support and consultancy
• Build and contribute customer FAQ's to feed in to a knowledge base.
• Demonstrated good understanding of how our customers use our applications and what their test plan/strategy is (identify opportunities or CR’s)
• Ensure clients are represented in product planning discussions
• Ensure clients understand the product set and how it meets their requirements (customer retention) there ensuring the Business Realisation Document is completed
• Assist with reproduction of issues or consultancy/issue resolution
• Work with Product to provide adequate and relevant input in requirements definition documents and subsequent Jira story writing
• Gather market research & customer feedback to understand opportunities and challenges to inform on product vision, strategy and plan
• Identify and specify potential product enhancements arising from customer requirements
• Build compelling Product Plans that you can successfully manage through the entire product lifecycle
• Work collaboratively with the team to define epics, capabilities and features in-line with product and technology strategy
