1) PROBLEM IDENTIFICATION - I will deeply analyze your website to identify what’s wrong there that prevents visitors from converting ( I use a variety of tools and techniques to investigate your website such as Heuristical analysis, Data analysis, Heat map analysis, Session recording analysis, Messaging analysis, Review mining, etc)
2) OPPORTUNITIES IDENTIFICATION - I will spot uncovered opportunities that have the potential to dramatically impact your conversions and improve the UX.
3) SOLUTIONS PROPOSITIONS - For each problem and opportunity identified I will suggest one or more solutions (when possible, I will realize a mockup of the suggestion, so it's easier for you to execute the change). I will use a framework that will help you understand the effort and impact of each solution, so you know exactly what you need to tackle first.
The output of this work will be a document (google sheet) with a list of all the changes you need to do to your website.
