The simplest way to explain what I do is that I help you think, feel and act differently.

I help people make changes by making their mind a fantastic place to live in.

I am a certified life coach in causal cognitive coaching throught the Life Coach School.

I have been coaching people of all genders, ages, backgrounds, nationalities on all topics of life.

I work with people from all over the world, in English or in French. Everything is done remotely.

Additionally, I want to mention that I am trained and I am continuously educating myself in diversity, equity and inclusion, as well as depression and suicide prevention.

I am also an engineer and a business developer.

I have been living and working in several countries for years, in particular in Denmark, Sweden, Belgium, Australia, Thailand and France.
