I'm trained as a professional translator and although I did start working in this field I've since then enriched my professional experience with various positions in customer service & sales.
These positions were mainly focused on bilingual or trilingual customer care: evaluating customers' experience, analyzing their feedback and then being able to solve the issue they were facing and/or offer them the right products.
I can offer my services as a commercial translator but also as a content writer for any online business. I have just the right amount of empathy to put myself in your customer's shoes & assess their needs, just the right business skills to convince them the product you're offering is what they need and I can do it in 3 languages.

Estelle has been our company “Swiss knife” for almost 7 years. Being trilingual, she has been an asset in our growing company. Estelle handled customer care and sales in English, French and Spanish.
