• Defined the recruitment process, by refining roles, posting on job boards, reviewing CVs, and scanning for the best talents vai job boards like monster, LinkedIn, and so on.
• Preparing candidates for interviews with clients by prepping them, this shows the client that, we care about giving the candidate a good recruiting experience
• Maintained a high level of client roles on both multilingual and sales roles and delivered for each role, this increased the revenue of the company
• Conducted weekly review by giving a report of candidates that of the placed weekly.
