I have had a very successful career as a Senior Producer over the past 18 years working for some of the world's leading creative agencies with clients of all shapes and sizes. During my career, I have developed excellent interpersonal skills, possess excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), am highly organised, motivated, and work extremely well under pressure and as part of a team. My job has always required flawless attention to detail, sound judgement, proactivity, punctuality, and commitment. Some of the key responsibilities I have most experience with would be: Organisation and project management of entire productions from concept through to delivery; helping to steer the creative vision, budget negotiation and management, leading a team and coordinating every detail to ensure every project be delivered on time and on budget. This always requires the ability to prioritise and plan accurately, be flexible, delegate where necessary and always maintain a professional manner and confidentiality.

I have always gone over and above to achieve results for any client I have worked with in a collaborative manner, and I am passionate about delivering the same dedication and drive in a new role. I believe the skills I have learned throughout my career are transferable to many production models and areas of the business.
I would describe myself as warm, friendly, and enthusiastic with a “can do” attitude. I am confident, creative, naturally curious, and willing to learn new skills and ways of working. I have always had a front facing role in advertising, am professional and show sensitivity when required. I am also a supportive colleague. A pragmatic thinker who is always open to new ideas and developing my skillset further.
