My skills have been developed and refined over the years in various areas.

I have led teams at multiple levels (from small groups to over 90 people) related to quality and process management or new project implementation.

In addition to estimating, hiring, and registering, I have demonstrated crisis and contingency management skills. A particular strength of mine is objective assessment and negotiation.

I am fluent in Dutch as a native speaker, fluent in English at a high level, and good in French and German.
