Hi, I'm Daniel, a content designer (or UX writer if you prefer, I won’t judge) with bags of experience (8 years in fact) crafting excellent experiences to connect you and your products to your users.

I have a positive outlook, excellent writing skills (naturally), native English proficiency, (you get me, mate), and a collaborative mindset that’s allowed me to work successfully freelance, agency, or in-house, in London, Berlin and Stockholm.

My latest project has been working as the lead content designer on the checkout experience at Klarna in Stockholm as well as leading localization efforts.

My approach to creating greatexperiences for customers is utilising design thinking and best practice UX writing to solve problems through research, ideation, and of course creation for solutions that place users front and centre. Everything I do is backed by research and insights and my years of experience in the field. I also love to guide stakeholders through my process to ensure buy-in at all levels from design to the board room.
