Daniel Dietz is a video editor who has exhibited professionalism, dedication and profound creativity in our non-profit and independent journalistic media outlet called acTVism Munich.

Daniel Dietz joined our organization in 2015 when we were only producing 2-3 videos per quarter and had 1500 subscribers, and today, this number has risen to 4-5 videos per week and 37,000 subscribers.

Daniel played an integral role in our success in two important ways:

1. His creative ideas and professional camera/video-editing work (and ethic) directly increased our video production and drew thousands of subscribers to our YouTube Channel. To expand on the latter point: Daniel's communication & work ethic as a volunteer (now employed part-time), proved to me that he values idealistic causes on the same par, if not more, than commercial ones. When a person already shows so much dedication for a non-profit organization, I can only imagine what he brings to the table for commercial initiatives.

2. He greatly expanded our capacities by sharing his knowledge and expertise with the organization. Daniel Dietz, according to my observation, always put immense value on developing others and growing collectively as an organization. Today a number of members can carry out video editing and camera work professionally thanks to his decision to teach others the delicate and powerful craft of camerawork and video-editing. This showed to us that possesses invaluable traits such as endurance, passion and patience.

I personally am thankful, and even grateful, to have met a person, a work colleague, such as Daniel Dietz. I look forward to what we will continue to achieve together in the future!

Mit Daniel (Danny) Dietz verbindet mich schon seit vielen Jahren eine enge, berufliche Partnerschaft. Daniels Talent und Neugierde sind immer wieder ein großer Gewinn für unsere gemeinsam realisierten Projekte. Mit dem wachen Auge des Regisseurs und Producers, aber auch dem praktischen Wissen hinter der Kamera entstehen jedes Mal tolle Videos. Als Kameramann ist es immer wieder eine Freude zu sehen was Danny am Schnittplatz aus dem gedrehten Material zaubert! Als "Ein-Mann-Team"/Videograf wie auch als Teamplayer kann ich Danny als engagierten, verantwortungsbewussten Kreativen nur empfehlen.
