My name is Daniela and I am 25 years old and a University of Manchester alumni. I am a highly-driven young professional with nearly 4 years of experience in Performance Marketing, accumulated through my professional career, work placements as part of my university course and my self-determination to extend my industry knowledge.

My main focus for the past 2 years has been on Paid Search Advertising on Google and Bing in the Retail industry and I pride myself on my ability to manage multiple tasks successfully and simultaneously and have handled the optimisation and strategy of 15 different accounts with different locales with a total spending budget of £6M a year.

In the past 6 months, I have moved from working in advertising in the Fashion industry (in-house) to the Beauty and Skincare industry (agency side). However, my focus still remained on E-commerce paid advertising. I have also taken the lead of the Paid Social advertising channels and currently have the opportunity to manage and optimise some of the most popular beauty and skincare brand accounts.
