Italian Citizenship, living in Ireland. Experience recording day-to-day financial transactions and completing the launch process. Work from home and have a flexible schedule (after understand all the clients process). Experience with dealing with Small (Ireland) and Medium clients (Brazil). Have the skills to manage the accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliations and payroll. Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct journal ledger, vendor ledger, customer ledger, and general ledger. Maintain financial records, ensure legal requirements compliance, manage invoices and tax payments. Have ability to access software packages. Proficient in MS Office included Word, Outlook, and Excel Spreadsheets; and software packages (Sage, SAP, Dominio).
