• QA, UI and front end fonctionality on different devices and browsers.

• Heat mapping analytics with Hotjar

• Project Management ownership of creating a digital design briefing system and demo to relevant stakeholders.

• Web advertising campaign to increase engagement and traffic on C+D website via marketing.

• Establish design request process for all C+D departments by creating a digital design request form for colleagues able to submit request quickly and easily (Web / print / multimedia).
