I have led culture change through Leadership and change management initiatives, built talent development and learning strategies to support organisational change. I am a facilitator and content designer with years of senior leadership interventions and reskilling under my belt. I am accredited to deliver Insights. My leadership programmes are tailored specifically to an organisations ambition, from Exec and Senior Leaders to functional leaders.
