Hey there! I'm Chris, and I have over 16 years of experience in Agile Coaching, Product Operations , coaching agility to tech and non tech teams, and Im an engraging creative facilitator.
Over the years, I've coached over 50 teams in different organisations ranging from seed start-ups to multinational corporations. I've worked across various industries like health tech, property tech, VC-backed, consultancies, retail and e-commerce. I enjoy taking a team on a journey to solve a business problem and continually improve their ways of working.
My coaching approach is tailored to your organisation's needs, and I'm highly experienced in agile transformations, though I prefer continuous improvement. I believe in implementing and scaling agile as a process not a one off and Im methodology agnostic. I'll help your teams perform better and deliver more value to your customers.
I'm particularly passionate about working with Web 3 and crypto companies to enable them to scale and build out the next iteration of how tech impacts our lives.
