Charlotte in a few words
A behavioural insight and strategy director, with a MSc in Consumer Psychology and 20 years in the industry, I am experienced in designing research and developing strategies from fieldwork to insight, onto implementation and evaluation. I have worked with a range of sectors including charity/not for profit, government, financial services, property, FMCG, tech/start-ups and healthcare. A firm believer in understanding the “why”, not just “where” and “how”, my job is to challenge briefs, to understand audiences, and be clear what we want them to feel, think and do. I have worked on brand, communications, customer experience, innovation and product development projects that have consumer behaviour at their heart.

My strengths include: designing, delivering and analysing quantitative and qualitative research (using a range methodologies such as generative research, comparative linguistics, thematic analysis and observational techniques; face to face and virtual sessions); consumer behaviour and psychology (including driver model design and testing); insight and trends; innovation; brand strategy and brand experience design; customer experience design and transformation road mapping; digital and creative strategy; monitoring and evaluation design and implementation; moderating / facilitating brand strategy and innovation workshops / sprints.
