30 years experience of Management primarily in the Charity sector and in Retail. Worked on setup and delivery of Government funded contracts. Tendering for DWP,JC+ And Bid preparation for grant Funding successfully. Have met all Targets set for projects.
Love being involved in the Charity sector but know the huge challenge they face. My wide range of skills and experience allows me to find the problem by working with staff, management and owners, setting an Action Plan in place etc
I can continue to support during the change process and beyond.
For charities I can set up Fundraising Workplans and support their efforts
