For the last two years I have run my own successful award winning online business within the sleep coaching industry.

Along with my private practice, I have developed and created a fully accredited sleep coaching programme where we train 100s of students to become accredited infant sleep coaches.

With over a decade in sales and customer service, I am experienced in social media, marketing, digital marketing, branding, personal skills, public speaking, mentoring and Facebook advertising.

I have built and grown my business through social media, collaborations, workshops and events. Our Instagram following grew from 0 - 4,500 followers and I have helped 100s of families sleep better through 1-2-1 support and our new parent programme.

In February 2021, I launched my accredited sleep coaching programme and have trained over 100 students within my sleep coaching school, to date.
