Benjamin in a few words
As a seasoned Technical Leader with over 7 years of experience, I have led more than 𝟲𝟬 𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀-𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹, 𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘀 with up to 20 engineers/designers. As an Agile Project Manager and Certified Product Owner (PSPO II), my focus is maximizing value and building products that customers love.
I’ve successfully led products from early-stage ideation with Design Thinking, to Proof of Concepts, MVPs up to Series Products and oversaw several market launches (e.g., Smart Home product now sold on Amazon).
Throughout my career, I’ve provided technical consulting and driven innovation projects for a diverse range of 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝟯𝟬 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀. This includes startups, SMEs, leading organization (e.g., BMW, Siemens, Vodafone, Mercedes-Benz) and various Government Entities. I specialize in latest technologies around Web, mobile App, Cloud, AI/Data and IoT technologies.
For the past two years, I’ve led a team of Product Owners/Projects Managers as an Executive at one of Germany’s fastest-growing tech companies. Recently, I made a transition to become an independent freelance consultant.
Technical background: I started my career as a Software Engineer (Web, App, Data Science) and hold a Master’s degree in Information Technology (TU Munich, Germany), alongside certifications in Software Architecture.
