•Hardware Product with Raid support on Compaq/Hp/Dell/IBM Desktop &Laptops
•Conceptual idea about AWS & Azure solution architecture associate,
•Knowledge of AzureAD and Active Directory
•Extensive experience with desktop hardware, software
•Support. Have been able to maintain high product satisfaction and loyalty of all customers.
•Users Emails accounts setting & support.
•Experience with Backup management. Arcserve & Legato Backup
• Implementation & configuration of Oracle Linux6 CentOS7, 8 Red hat8, 9. Ubuntu. Linux User & Password Management, Secure Shell, Configuring YUM repository & package patching
•Virtualization (VMWARE 6, LDOMs, OVS/OVM)
•Experience with remote support tools Webex/Any desk/TeamViewer to offer remote support.
