• Increased marketing leads conversion by 20% in 18 months by leveraging data and insights, multi-channel digital marketing, thought leadership positioning, high value customer engagement and channel partnership development.
• Aligned marketing and sales processes with a ‘customer first’ approach, including C-suite engagement, creation of sales tools, training/sales briefings, tailored and consistent product messaging across all channels.
• Led the go-to-market strategy for new product introduction including product market fit and product marketing (positioning and messaging development) in collaboration with Product and Sales Teams.
