- Client Experience Strategy (2021/2022): implemented within a consultancy business, leading to a 20% increase in profits (due to portfolio prioritization) and two-fold gain in average client size due to advocacy from existing clients.

- Tripartite Brand Communications Strategy (2018/2019) launching the largest global airline joint venture. I spearheaded an £11bn transaction and implementation programme resulting in the network routes increasing from 26 to 340 worldwide.

- Major Airline Global Programme (2017/2018): to develop and introduce three new products to the market. The programme spanned the breadth of the business including digital transformation, fleet update and a global marketing campaign. The outcome was £44m annual incremental revenue and a 10pt lift in customer satisfaction.
