I pride myself on being a truly “client” facing HR professional. I have just shy of 9 years experience within HR/People function roles across various sectors (including saas, tech & finance). What sets me apart is my relatability, openness and honesty. I come with absolutely no pretence - if I don’t know something, I will simply say, research and let you know what I discover. I'm a systems person and will always provide good recommendations of effective HR systems (from LMS to employee engagement platforms).
But where do my strengths actually lie? It’s SMEs. Your business is trying to scale from 150 employees to 300 within 12 months, there is little-to-no people strategy/structure and much need for change? I’m your person. I have a track record of implementing policies, Onboarding, Lifecycle and Offboarding frameworks. Communication is key in most aspects of life - but this is especially critical within business. I'm engaging without being overbearing which helps gain buy-in from stakeholders.
I have my finger on the pulse when it comes to topical HR matters and recently lead a wellness and wellbeing initiative, sourcing an Employee Assistance Programme - a mental health and wellness platform - accessible for all employees. I'm a true ED&I champion and would love to provide support on that front also.
