Amanda in a few words
*AS A PROFESSIONAL*
I am a communicator and designer strategist by training, and I always create my content through two methodologies from other disciplines that I apply in writing: the Golden Circle (which comes from branding methodologies) and the Double Diamond (which comes from innovation methodologies). The result are texts that bring the power of storytelling, informative data and future vision.
My research areas are:
- mental health, neuroscience, epigenetics, femininity, spirituality
- design and innovation, ESG and SDG's, socio-environmental regenerability, indigenous peoples
My hobbies are:
- music, gastronomy, fashion
Today I work as a volunteer for the independent magazine Brussels Morning writing about Indigenous Peoples of Brazil. You can follow my articles on the link below.

Today I am a single mother of a beautiful 5 year old boy, after losing my partner to pancreatic cancer, which besides the pain, brought me many lessons on resilience, compassion, faith, perseverance and self-love as a pillar for family and social transformation.
