My expertise spans various areas of data science including advanced statistical modelling, data engineering, and technical communication. Throughout my career, I have developed a passion for solving complex problems and making meaningful decisions from data that drive business results. In previous positions, I have demonstrated strong technical proficiency in developing data pipelines using SQL / ETL processing, building predictive analytics, and working with big data tools and techniques.
At my previous roles, I worked with our analytics team on several data-driven projects that improved overall customer satisfaction and reduced costs. One example includes developing and deploying a recommendation system which resulted in 10% increase in revenue per user.
