I work as a user experience, product and service designer since 2008. Clients I've worked with include Deutsche Bank, Philips, Vodafone, KLM, Intel, Pernod Ricard, G-Star, Asics and Toyota. I've partnered with agencies such as Isobar, R/GA, Fjord and Nortal.

I help companies by designing better ways for their customers to experience products & services that improve their lives, and improve the business bottom line. What drives me is to make complex things simple, in understanding behaviour and making real, innovative experiences that make lives happier.

My aim is to advocate for customers, and deliver solutions supporting business targets, as well as customer goals and needs. I work closely with stakeholders at a hands-on or leadership level to ensure an efficient solution is understood by all.

I have a deep interest in and understanding of design methodologies, Agile / Lean principles and the overall process of product and service delivery. I have an innovative mindset and strive to push boundaries leading teams through to successful delivery.

My strengths lie in effective communication, interpretation of business requirements and users needs. My focus is on strong collaborative design processes between disciplines and achieving creative solutions based on user research and data.
