Alexandra in a few words
In a nutshell:

Skilled freelance Production/Operations/Traffic Manager and Producer, with experience across multiple creative industries, agency & client-side.

Excited by process design, workflow automation, and talent resourcing (as well as more conventional things like cats and Lego!), with additional talents in written content creation and audiovisual QC.

Available from June 2023 for short-term on-site freelance bookings in the North West UK, or freelance/FTC hybrid or remote work within the UK (global timezones negotiable in advance).

More about me:

I'm passionate about managing teams in a creative environment, enjoying a people-centric, data-led approach to pipeline design, budget forecasting, talent resourcing, and interdepartmental relationships. As a bit of a swiss army knife, I excel in a multi-faceted role, and mixing logical & creative aspects keeps me passionate and focused. Work-life balance is key to me, and something I safeguard for anyone within my teams, which has always resulted in a stronger, more productive work ethic, and happier people!

I have worked mainly in creative production & account management across CGI, photography, animation, live action and VR, for industries such as fashion & home retail, promotional marketing, eCommerce, and children's television. I also have experience in copywriting, merchandising, web content development, office management, and editing.

Diversity & inclusion is also very important to me, both personally as a disabled neurodivergent & trans non-binary individual, and within my teams, so I'm always keen to work with businesses that champion these aspects of their company culture.
