With experience working alongside service design and UX design teams to create unique and compelling digital customer experiences, as part of an established business but also of late in a greenfield start up environment.
My varied background in commercial partnership and strategy roles, business development and operations and sales management prior to moving into digital product and proposition roles, has equipped me with a unique mix of skills and experience. Which now coupled with comprehensive digital design experience, agile and lean development experience in both software and financial services has given me the toolkit to create and manage outstanding customer experiences with digital product.
