During my time at the University of Manchester, I have been able to gain a strong understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques and the ability to think strategically and analytically. Additionally, my work experience has allowed me to develop a range of skills, including customer success, acquisition, and retention.
Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a strong ability to manage and retain customer relationships. I have experience working with a wide range of customers, and I am skilled at identifying their needs and developing strategies to meet those needs. I am also experienced in creating and implementing onboarding plans and training programs to ensure customer success.
In my previous role as a Customer Success Manager at Cutshort (India), I was responsible for managing a portfolio of customers, including conducting regular check-ins, identifying areas for improvement, and working with the sales and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction. I was also responsible for playing a significant role in driving the company's growth by implementing effective customer retention campaigns. I developed a deep understanding of the company's target audience and worked closely with the sales and product development teams to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.
I currently am involved with a couple of marketing consulting projects and I am excited about being a part of a team that is passionate about creating something new and making a real impact on the industry.
